Job Description

Ideal candidate would be responsible for coordinating critical human resources functions across the business unit. Develop strategic HR initiatives to achieve the business goal. The candidate will be responsible for managing and directing HR functions across assigned business unit.

Experience: Minimum of 7years experience in Human Resources Management. Human resource generalist experience in a supervisory role, for at least 5 years is compulsory. Professional HR Certification( Local/International) is compulsory

Preferred candidate will be providing support to the overall business strategy and support’s business growth through its Learning & Development initiatives. In addition, the role is to develop and enhance the organization’s talent/grow Mikano’s future leaders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training co-ordination, must be a certified trainer.                                                                                          Experience: Minimum of 7 years’ experience in learning and development function. Experienced in designing/deploying e-learning initiatives will be beneficial.  Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in similar role; vendor management experience is required.

Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in talent management.
