We all have vivid imaginations of our dream cars , but what if we could turn them into reality?
The Mikano Motors Dream Car Challenge was an open invitation for talented Nigerians to unravel their dream cars through creative pieces. From music to short films, and from painting to spoken word poetry, Mikano invited individuals to describe their ideal car and kick-start their journey to owning one.
Exciting talents emerged, and for weeks, they delighted us, gave us goosebumps and had us cheering. Every day, an exciting entry popped in, and it had our judges strapping their seatbelts on the ride.
At the end of the thrilling journey, a winner emerged. Here's how …
With numerous brilliant entries from dedicated participants, four finalists emerged. Determined by a team of transparent judges, finalists were evaluated based on their creativity, the relevance of their content and its delivery. Afterwards, followers put in their voice, voting the finalists that excited them. Patrick The Bassit emerged as the winner of the Dream Car Challenge, and Grand Prize of the Changan CS35.
Along with the grand prize winner, three runners-up also emerged –Scarzonthehands, Nimi's Lifestyle, and GreenTycoon– with entries that captivated both judges and voters with their compelling storytelling and memorable presentations.
Throughout the Dream Car Challenge, we were ably supported by our celebrity brand partners, Akah Nnani, Jemima Osunde, Sydney Talker and Chief Priest Cubana.
